It can be difficult to inherit the home of your loved ones. We wanted to show our client that we could restore this home to new life and still give it the family feel. Our team got to work ready to showcase all of this charming condos best features, thankfully and we had a lot to work with. Although a bit dated, this 13 yr. old space showed great promises for an open floor plan, it had plenty of natural light, and of course location, location, location! You can never go wrong with highlighting the beautiful views of the East Ends', Long Island Sound.

Opened the wall between the existing kitchen and former sitting room to create a more open floor plan and room to create a new kitchen layout.

Created a modern kitchen design with installation of custom cabinetry equip with a built in espresso machine, stainless steel refrigerator door panels, and wine refrigerator.
